MINIROOS

At Riverway JCU FC, our MiniRoos program caters for boys and girls from Under 5s to Under 12s, providing the perfect introduction to football in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

All of our children truly enjoy these sessions, as they are designed to take our youngsters on their football journey through fun, game-based activities. The sessions focus on enjoyment while teaching the essentials of football — first touch, 1v1 situations, running with the ball, and striking the ball. At the same time, players naturally improve their balance and agility.

​Beyond football skills, MiniRoos helps children develop important life skills, including socialising with others, respect for coaches, discipline, awareness, teamwork, and — most importantly — a love and enjoyment of the game.
