MINIROOS
At Riverway JCU FC, our MiniRoos program caters for boys and girls from Under 5s to Under 12s, providing the perfect introduction to football in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.
All of our children truly enjoy these sessions, as they are designed to take our youngsters on their football journey through fun, game-based activities. The sessions focus on enjoyment while teaching the essentials of football — first touch, 1v1 situations, running with the ball, and striking the ball. At the same time, players naturally improve their balance and agility.
Beyond football skills, MiniRoos helps children develop important life skills, including socialising with others, respect for coaches, discipline, awareness, teamwork, and — most importantly — a love and enjoyment of the game.
