At Riverway JCU FC, we’re more than just a football club — we’re a community.
Registrations now follow a new two-step process. You will be required to register in Play Football First. Then you can begin your registration in Squadi, you will be asked to confirm that the first step has been completed, as shown in the screenshot to side
Play Football Registration Process
1) Head to the Play Football website.
2) Choose the option that best suits the participant:
– Re-Registering to play this season (returning players)
– New to Football (first time playing or not previously registered)
– Coaches, Referees & Volunteers (all other roles)
3) Search for and select Riverway JCU Football Club.
4) Sign in or create an account if this is your first time using Play Football.
(For players under 18, parents must create the account first.)
5) Click Details next to the relevant product, then select Register.
6) Choose Somebody else for players under 18 or Myself for seniors, then continue.
7) Click View Document to read the Terms & Conditions.
- Read through all documents, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and continue.
8) Enter participant details to locate their profile and verify using the email code provided.
9) Confirm registration details and click Next.
10) Upload a passport-style photo of the player.
11) Confirm all details and proceed to payment.
Play Football FA Fees:
MiniRoos & Juniors $18
Seniors $42
Once your Play Football registration is complete, the next step is to finalise your registration through Squadi.
Squadi Registration Process
1) Log in to your Squadi account, or create one if you’re new to Squadi.
- For players under 18, parents or guardians must create their own account first, then add their child as a family member using the child’s details.
- A passport-style photo is required when registering a new player.
- If an existing photo needs updating, please email it to the Registrar and we will update it for you.
2) Select the participant you wish to register.
3)Tick the checkbox confirming that you have completed the Play Football registration, then click Confirm.
4) Review and update details if required, then click Next.
5) Search for and select Riverway JCU FC.
6) Choose the relevant competition.
7) Select the membership type (player, coach, or manager).
8) Choose the appropriate age group from the drop-down menu.
9) Click Add Competition and Membership.
10) Complete all required fields and proceed to the payment page.
11) Play On Voucher users:
- Enter the voucher as a discount code and email a copy of the voucher to the Registrar
12) Agree to the Terms & Conditions and complete payment.
